Good morning, good day or good evening, I am pleased to meet you. I want you to know that I am passionately, totally committed to helping those who are struggling with the loss of a deceased loved one(s). This loss could be hours ago, or could have happened several to many years ago. So if that is why you stopped by, read on!+
Not a random career choice, this was because from 2018 to 2024, I too struggled with the loss of 3 of the top 6 most important people in my life. Not ever being able to experience life with these 3 beloved people again was excruciating. This led me to my lowest point, when I realized that life as I had known it for over 41 years was now over. That is when I chose to quit struggling and figure out how to start living again. To do this, I used a lifetime of working as a personal coach and combined it with more training that included learning mediumship(connecting with deceased Loved Ones).
With great determination and mentorship from a skilled, world renowned Medium, I did connect with my Husband, Son and Mom. Being able to learn that they were safe and well, getting a "do-over" with final conversations, and saying goodbyes the way I wanted to now, was life changing and very healing. Although not for everyone who is struggling with loss, I found these connections to be the catalyst for the next greatest changes in my own life.
As I moved away from my own survival mode, I decided to share what I have learned with others who also want to quit the struggle and start living again. I have organized this learning into what I call "Steps" and am now ready to present them to others like myself. Step 1– Surviving The Recent Loss Of A Loved One
Want Relief From The Grief Of Losing A Loved One?
Although grief is different for everyone,
I recommend this step 1-3 mos after losing a loved one.
We start with a quick assessment,
start unraveling knots in your stomach & heart
& begin learning ways to cope with the days ahead.
I will show you how I took control over myself to survive the things
that I had no control over and would never be able to change.
With your permission, I will guide you into doing this for yourself.
Most importantly, this may give your grief a place to stay when the rest of your life demands your attention.

Step 2 - Reconnecting With Your Deceased Loved One:
This Reconnection is also known as a medium reading.
Please wait 3 months after your loss, to schedule your reading .
There are several reasons for this, the most important of which is
to give yourself the time to deal with all the more immediate needs.
Although not for everyone or required to continue learning about
"Rebuilding Your Inner Life After Loss",
this reconnection is one of the most healing things you can do for yourself and your Loved One.
Step 3 – What’s Right With You?
Time To Rebuild With These Tools!
Although this step can be done at any time,
it will more effective if done 3-6 mos after the loss of your Loved One.
Your life will be overwhelming for awhile, don't take on more than you need!
Let's face it, living with loss really wears you down.
It causes you to question everything you ever thought about yourself!
Do you feel like you are down for the last count and just don't have the energy to rise again?
First of all, do you feel like you are in crisis?

for all of things you have done wrong!

Step 4 – You Are NOT This Old Story
It’s Time To Write A New One!
I will help you prove this to yourself if you have doubt,
Then, I will help you get started!
Best time to work on Step 4 is about a year after the loss of your Loved One. Don't be in a rush to grief drive yourself into trying to "figure out" everything that crosses your path.
We will personalize strategies & then begin:
Separating & safely storing the memories of your Loved One from the old story,
Releasing the old story, & opening the 1st pages of the next chapter to create your new story.
