Spirituality, Your Unique Soul Level Gifts, Higher Self & Intuition - Frame Of Reference

When my son and then husband died, all that I was or had ever been ended. The things I had accomplished, the rewards I had accumulated, the story I had written about us and had been living in, crumbled to the ground around me. Everywhere I turned, another "absolute" tumbled, blocking my path.
I tiptoed through my island of rubble, shivering violently in pain and fear... feeling totally alone. In the darkness of my despair, I promised myself that I would find my way out and to a better place. And when I got there, I would throw a rope to someone else that was shivering in their dark time.
Step 3 is that rope, please take it.
Part of accepting that rope is a generic discussion of spirituality,
which includes talking about God/Creator and our Souls,
and the Soul Level Gifts that we were given at the point of our creation.
In Action #4, I will introduce you to another spiritual-centric tool that I am also certified to use on your behalf.
The purpose of this tool is to do the research necessary to determine your Soul Level Gifts.
I have prepared a different Frame of Reference for this tool.
Just as getting a "Medium or Intuitive Reading" may not be for everyone, discussion of unique Soul Level gifts may not appeal to you. However, their results will be of interest to you.
So, when possible, I will also offer a more “traditional” approach to allow you the opportunity for similar results. If you are still uncomfortable, skip them, or adjust the ideas to fit around your beliefs instead. Thank you for your time regarding this matter.

These are our Higher Selves and our Intuition.
Why Is This Discussion So Important To Me, For You?
How can this help you in our rough and tumble world of today?
How can it help you to reconnect with yourself?
Because they helped me rediscover what is right with me… at a soul level:
- Among other things, I discovered the gifts that my soul was given by the Creator/God,
(which was no small feat as I was an avowed agnostic- not yet an atheist, who was totally closed to the idea of God)
- and let’s just say I recognized and was already familiar with all of them.
To me, “soul level gifts” means our ability to:
-live in our best selves, our Higher Self, or our God Self,
-to intentionally aspire to be the person that we have always known we already are,
-to be recalled to this in order to purposefully incorporate it into our daily lives.
And we all already know when we do find it. Sometimes it is:
- fleeting, slipping away before we can grasp ahold of it,
- we can live in it for awhile,
- not intentionally realizing that we are there, until we topple out of it.
But we always know when that happens:
- because bouncing out of our Higher Self mode feels icky, wrong and out of balance.
It's important for me to share that your Higher Self is You:
-knowing this helps me to separate my Higher Self from my every day self,
-as it allows me to experiment with confidence, to attempt, fail and improve with less fear,
-while holding my Higher Self up as a guide leading me back to my God self for continual improvement,
-and let’s just say, it is a work in progress.
Now, Let's Talk About Your Intuition
You already know your Intuition at some level
AND it will be required for rebuilding your inner life after loss.
Let's review:
Your Higher Self suggests the path you take moving forward in your life.
Simple example: When planning a trip and after consulting with GPS, google will usually return the quickest route with the least amount of distance covered. This may be what Higher Self would dictate as well.
Personal experiences and desires will cause you to consider other things like:
-lack of interesting scenery or landmarks
-visiting a friend or relative that lives along a slightly longer path
-or things like mountain passes that might be covered in snow during your travels.
With the ease of clicking the longer route with google, you exercise your independence with your Higher Self,
because our greatest gift of all is our right to exercise our free will.
But, right at the last minute, you change your mind and go back to the original route.
-You just had an overwhelming need to change the route,
-no sensible reason, your body just said NO!
-and you listened.
Good thing too!
-the road you were going to take to visit your friend was 100 miles of no services,
-the road you took had a truck stop every 25 miles,
-halfway into the trip, your power steering pump blew up and your trip ended on the side of the highway,
-but your smartphone worked and road side assistance was 20 miles away.
THAT was your Intuition.
Your intuition is what is often referred to as:
-your internal compass
-gut instinct,
-inner knowing,
-nagging suspicion,
-spidey sense,
-or that little voice that encourages you to keep moving forward.
