Need Immediate Relief From Anxiety And Overwhelm? -
Here's 3 FREE Mental Exercises To Download
If your answer is yes to this question, you may be in the right place. I say “may be” because these are 2 very complex energies that we all have to deal with throughout our lives. They are the results of other things that are also taking place in your life at that moment in time.
But I say let’s start here and later, when the immediate need is over, we can unravel and solve for the equation that started it all.
Action Steps #1-3 are contained in a FREE download package, link provided below.
For your convenience, I have included a brief description of what’s in this download package below.
Action #1: Download this FREE “Turn Down The Noise” Mental Exercise.
This is a quick, easy mental exercise that you can learn to do from the mp3. Once learned and practiced, you can add your own tweaks to it and then memorize it. Then you can do it anytime, anywhere.
Although there are 3 separate actions I encourage you to take, starting with Action #1 will give you immediate relief.
Matter of fact, when I recorded it, I was thinking about this common scenario of when you might want to do Action #1:
You are stuck in traffic after a hard day at work. Your emotions are rubbed raw, your ability to cope is draining out the floorboard as you are waiting for traffic to move 6 inches at a time. Added to this are all the emotions you still have about the loved one that you have lost.
In this scenario, search for and begin to find an off ramp to take you to well lit, public parking that feels safe for you. Pull in, drop your fee in the meter if required. Walk around your vehicle a few times just to stretch the kinks out of your body.
Then, get back in your vehicle, roll down the window a few inches to get fresh air, lock the door for added security. Lean back, close your eyes and do the Exercise from the download.
To get the most out of Action #2, please do Action #1 first.
If you have just finished Action #1, let’s continue with Action #2.
Action #2: Listen to the download titled “Define Your Zero” Mental Exercise.
Reminder that this exercise is included in the Action #1 download package. Depending on your needs, this can be a very quick, short exercise to get you through the moment. It can then become something that you add to as time goes by. Or, if you are like me, you can start to blend this exercise into your longterm life planning sessions.
This Action #2 exercise is actually fun to do, because you get to turn on your powers of daydreaming. This is a crucial step, because it will be your roadmap out of anxiety and overwhelm.
Let’s use the same scenario that we used in Action #1.
Re-cap: To take a break from rush hour traffic, you have safely exited the highway, found safe, well lit public parking, have taken a stretch break, and then have completed Action #1.
To get the most out of this action, please do Action #1 and 2 first.
Once finished with these, let’s continue with Action #3.
Action #3: Listen to the download titled “The Door” Mental Exercise.
Action #3 is a solid physical act that you will do to bring closure to your immediate need to escape from the anxiety and overwhelm of this day. This will be a way for you to begin again. The beauty of this action is that it can become a stand-alone technique that you can do every day, anywhere. It will give you control over your life again.
Reminder that this exercise is included in the Action #1 download package.
Let’s use the same scenario that we used in Action #1 and 2.
Re-cap: To take a break from rush hour traffic, you safely exited the highway, found safe, well lit public parking, have taken a stretch break, and then you completed Action #1. You then took a few more minutes to listen to the 2nd download, daydreamed some immediate answers and have a much brighter outlook on life.
I wish you love, peace, hope and inspiration.
